It either goes to stock or I put all my money in the mortgage otherwise we'd spend it on food or home improvements.

 Account Closed:Thanks for the tip on the autopopulate - one of the things a newbie has to learn on Bigger Pockets:)I have a realtor that I'm working with who sends me property listings daily based on several criteria that I asked him to set up.I'm in this for the long haul, God willing,  and I hope to get my license soon but for now, I would like to leverage on my realtor's knowledge and resources until I get more comfortable through experience.

I try to go the extra mile to make my properties stand out from the competition...without breaking the bank of course.I discovered Bigger Pockets 2+ years ago, and have incorporated it into my daily reading routine, with most of my reading taking place during lunch.

I'm not marketing a service, but I'm wondering whether or not people would be interested in receiving daily updates about Memphis area foreclosures.  

I spend about an hour or so otherwise, daily, learning as much as possible on blogs, webinars, and articles on and off Bigger Pockets.

My mother raised both me and my sister by herself, working what ever meaningless jobs she could find, relying heavily on public assistance to keep the lights on and food on the table. 

It takes resolve to stay on top of things daily, and to do the little things to stay on top of tenants, maintenence, and cash flow.
