Hey everyone!

My name is Dan and I currently invest in single family homes in the DFW area. I purchased my first property 2 years ago and performed a complete gut rehab on it (doing 90% of the work myself). Lets just say that potential tenants fought over that house like crazy, saying that it looked like it came right out of HGTV. It was rented within a week...it was very gratifying to say the least. I try to go the extra mile to make my properties stand out from the competition...without breaking the bank of course.

I discovered Bigger Pockets 2+ years ago, and have incorporated it into my daily reading routine, with most of my reading taking place during lunch. Nothing whets the appetite quite like reading someone's success story in the forums, or learning something new from a blog post.

My plan is to continue accumulating rental units for the cash flow, and incorporate house flipping into my business to help fund the acquisition of more units. Eventually, I plan to branch out into multi-family and commercial real estate as I grow in this business.

I am interested in working with other investors in the DFW area as joint venture and/or business partners. I firmly believe that we all have something unique and valuable to bring to the table, and as a team, we will be stronger and more successful than if we tried to go at it alone.

People always chuckle when I say this, but my ultimate goal is to dethrone Donald Trump as the so called king of real estate. My response is...If you are going to dream...dream big. Even if you get part way to the moon, you will still be among the stars.

I am looking forward to seeing what the future will bring.
