South side management is a little more hands on intensive so it is tougher to make and keep a profit consistently because you can only charge your customers back so much before they are no longer your customers.  

Understanding your customer, just like anything else, is the most important thing.

A cemetery meets all those aspects, the down side for owners is that tenants won't ever cut their grass, so there is maintenance.Wasn't talking about the cemetery set for the Walking Dead, sounds like a party to me.Investors need to think outside the box, long term use, where customer expectations are low, high demand = higher price for available space. :)  

With value pricing, the emphasis is first placed on the customer and the value each project will add (if it can be quantified).

I used to think back in the day the " Hey look at me World" was the way to have business success.I have learned over decades that the no frills approach and great customer service and relationships is the way to go.

In the mind of a potential customer, especially in a competitive sales environment, having a license gives you an automatic "+1"Unlimited Affiliate Assistance.
