Other Services Like Rebogateway

I am in California and have been using Rebogateway for the last year.  It is time to renew my subscription and they raised their price plus I need to research more areas than what I signed up for.  I primarily look for opportunities that I can lease option, subject to and wholesale deals.  Any suggestions as to what comparable services I can look at?  If I can find a better service for the same price or better I will just go with them.  Any suggestions?

Propertyradar.com is your answer.  They cover several states on the west coast and do much more than Rebogateway for a flat fee of $50/month.
