Other than the legal stuff, unless your lawyer is an active RE investor himself, I would not trust them with all aspects of this agreement.

It is typically 'negotiators' looking to see if I can "work with them" on some aspect of the rent or security deposit and my response to that is always the same, "Sounds like a low paying job.
