My name is Andres and I am new to serious Real Estate investing.  To this date 2 buy and hold deals in Norther Virginia have found me (as opposed to me finding them).  Now that I am interested in consistently finding deals, I am focusing the in Baltimore City/County area.  For now I am looking to fix and flip properties and eventually want to start buying and holding cash flowing properties in Baltimore and other profitable areas around the country.

I'm looking to connect with folks with similar interests. Particularly, I am looking to find wholesellers and people interested in partnering.
