I also like the integrated pest management philosophy for some pests (though I don't have termites in my area, and others can comment on that).....rather than producing a comprehensive plan, I would suggest looking at a few online and adopting one that works for you or making your own from elements of those...

I think you need to assess how much money you are bringing in in residual income from your real estate rents and then break it down.
