The price included delivery,  and all blocks and tie down system. 

I am working on closing a deal with a foreclosure in Palm Harbor but do find stumbling blocks with my experience.  

Speaking of granite here are the colors we are using on this project...And for the baths...We are actually using REAL marble for the baths...

Use one of those white blocks and screw the railing into that.

Sorry couldn't upload pic but the current color right now is more like light peach color vs the model home color we expected and signed our contract to be based on was a darker beige color.

That being said, the street is really the length of one block and most of the houses on the street are duplexes.

I built my last home, a 3300 sq foot colonial on a a full height walk out basement (12" block) all for $218K, that's without the land or septic system.
