Thank you This actually makes very good point.At random times my main GC is saying to me "you know what Jose, I would never bring (subcon) guy that drinks , too much problem later on, customer complain ; so I hired a church-goers only that dont drink ".I don't even ask the question, but you seems right, it seems like the guy that dont do drink , could work with main gc that don't drink too.

What I have been told by my go-to lender is that there was a special exception allowing an online notary to be used when everything was shut down for COVID, but that exception has pretty much ended.
