You can't convert Roth into Traditional (unless you did a conversion of Traditional into Roth recently, in which case you could undo it within certain period of time, but I'm assuming that is not the case for you).

perhaps you could have a conversation with the roommate explaining to them that should they not leave peacefully, and your tenant vacates, they will be immediately evicted anyway.
