@Ben Ertl - the numbers look ok, but the bigger issue I see is the "C" class area.

Would it be worth it to make a profit if you have a bigger Refinance loan payment and lower cash flow?

Hello Bigger Pockets,I am trying to get started on my first multi unit to house hack or even just do a simple FHA loan in NW chicago (portage park/ Avondale, maybe hardwood heights).But what I’ve noticed is that the market is really hot.Now I am not sure if I have been spoiled by the numbers in Indiana is or are the prices really high?

Apparently this must be a bigger thing than what happens here in Vancouver given that there is a whole stream on what to tell your commercial broker so they take you seriously.
