Hi Folks, my name is Shepperd Luce.  I found bigger pockets searching you tube for passive income.  Since then I have downloaded the Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing.   I want to build passive income to retire and build legacy wealth for my family.  My goal is to buy and hold rental property for cash flow in Rhode Island.  Looking forward to meeting you.
