Hi Aaron,Yes my debt is a mix of CC and 2 car payments which id like to payoff as it would clear up $700 a month for me.I absolutely would like to be pre approved before I start seriously looking at a house and the property analystist is a big concern for me because I’m so new I’m affriad of messing up my first deal so I will absolutely be diving in deeper on the subject

I like this advice I would further add that in that scenario I would use an FHA 3.5% down program so you keep as much of the 90k liquid. you cant count on refi..

Can I apply for hard money using the information for a potential deal that I have not yet made an offer to see if I will be approved for the requested amount, or do you have to be already entered into a contract of said property in order to get approved?
