I've been working with a real estate agent to establish FMLS searches, etc., but the Atlanta market is one fire right now.

And this forum category has a lot of discussions on this topic, do the search and results will keep you busy reading for hours... 

Have you done a member search on this site to try and connect with lenders?

Go to YouTube and search BP podcast LLCs. 

You can also do a parcel search in the area and mark down all owners who are absentees.
