The reasons I prefer individuals are:- I usually have their cell phone number, so much easier to get a hold of then trying to call an office line and leaving a voicemail- Simple statements, usually in Word or Excel and just simply say the income and expenses and total deposited- Way less players in the game, meaning the one guy handles a whole situation.

Well I was looking at a few strategies for investing and the thought of rental portfolio with lease options came to mind, especially after just browsing Craigslist (was looking for a cell phone but ended up getting bored).

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days.Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?

The DBA can be something that will line up more with my 1800 number or site url, whichever I decide.Tip: Perhaps this is helpful to someone.

A Laptop and a Cell phone are great tools, but invest in a darned land-line, and a decent home office setup.

Sellers state they are trending upwards.Buyers state they are trending downwards.Government states they are trending in whichever direction makes them look better.NAR states they are trending whichever way you want them to so long as you use an agent in their membership.I say, look at your past and present inventory levels in your area and compare the data.
