I can't say that I have advice for you from any place of experience because I'm just starting in real estate as well but sacrifice and patience seem to be a common theme amongst those who have been successful.

The most successful I've been is by sending yellow letters in a small "thank you note or wedding invitation" size envelope.

I think I saw you on Weds night at a TREIA event but didn't get to say hello then.

My reasoning: Larger Body Types = More wear and tear on the property.It looks like this has already been discussed, without resolution,  on bigger pockets: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/187...The overriding theme seems to be to not discriminate based on size.  

(every two months i require a throat surgery)This is a recurring theme threwout my professional careers.No tears no pity,im strong and determined!

If you're looking into vacation homes, I would suggest the Davenport and Celebration areas that surround the theme parks.

I would also try perhaps wedding photographers if you are looking for groups of people and or family.Think outside the box...who caters to large groups of people that will be traveling to your area?

Maybe also wedding receptions, although parking is a challenge.
