Based upon the SSA virtual conferences I have attended and conversations with other operators, most have been able to keep their doors open to serve the community. 

As a CA RE Broker myself thats how I did all my loans and virtually all of them were fractionlized given the size of your average CA loan..

This is true in San Diego and virtually every other large city in the US.

The reality is virtually all MLS purchases in most markets will be initially negative cash flow.  

@Evelin Negrete - If you don't want to manage tenant communications, hire a virtual assistant for $5-7 dollars an hour and have them take tenant inquires.

Hire one of VRBO's "preferred vendors" to come and shoot a NEW video of your place, and it will now be in their "Virtual Tour" section, and you now have a video again!  

virtually any state out in the west will fit this bill.. careful with STR regulations though
