You can put your eyeballs on what is going on (rehab, quality of property mgt, etc) If you do not have the right team in place as an OOS investor you could have an unpleasant and unprofitable experience.

I was delicate before- struggled hard to get me and my credit to where I could begin doing something, and now feel like some giant money vampire has decided to feed on me. i can't do this any more. i have a wife with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis 5-6 days per week 6-8 hours per treatment, and getting unwanted pay cuts is no way for a 54 year old to live.
