I am the current Treasurer for KARHA.  

My wife does a wonderful job with managing the property but will probably only do so another 2 years give or take before we go to a PM or sell the asset and do a 1031 up here in the Treasure Valley.  

I know because Im the treasurer and I know what the renters are paying in each unit.Im just navigating this whole thing.

So I did move the the Treasure State and landed in Bozeman for a short time.

Since we closed in 7 days and he had so many "treasures" I gave him and additional 12 days to clear whatever he wanted from the inside of the home and an additional 30 days to clear the outside.

I've talked to the country treasurer, other investors, several real estate agents, and they all keep telling me to go knock on doors; for an abandoned house that doesn't help much.
