Equity/Credit Partner Wanted Kalamazoo, MI

Hi all,

I am pretty new to BP, so forgive me if this isn't the right space for this.  Where should I be looking to find a credit/equity partner for a buy & hold multi-room rental home in Kalamazoo, MI?   I have found a great turn-key property that is already City Certified, has renters through July 2017, and is below market.

Anyone know where/how I should be looking for fellow investors that want to share mortgage as LLC, share expenses, profits and responsibilities. I'm open to suggestions and connections.
