I mean you technically require a permit to replace an outlet or sink faucet hahaha

That said, Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, are all good, too, but I don't think they replace you knowing your market to set the parameters for them to use.

I’d like more information on the DCSR lenders if anyone has specific recommendations.Also, if anyone needs advice or repairs/ replacement on plumbing feel free to send me a message! 

Wholesaling isn't my specialty, but for those wholesalers I've worked with generally aren't looking to give you personal tips or strategies to be more consistent, they're generally just say, "get a list, call all of them, and then follow up in a week" or something similar.
