@Ann Bellamy thanks for the tip, definitely not willing to take legal risks here.Account Closed I may risk a non-refundable amount of 1K or 2K (symbolic 1%) but 20K (10%) is way too risky for me at this point.

Just in case you weren't aware (it took me a while to figure it out) you "mention" someone by typing the @ symbol and then the first three letters of their name.

To tag someone you start to type the @ symbol and there name at the bottom of the post reply box below the monitor topic it should pull up their name.

In the mean time this is the portion of the agreement I use which deals with financing.One thing to remember is that a Absentee owner is essentially financing the property already for the user so it isnt a difficult negotiation to seller financing in that case.Also no matter what make certain that the instructions/terms are legal in the jurisdiction you are buying in.I am pasting from word so some symbols are replaced with different symbols however if you would like this reach out.

1) in your online settings you can turn that off... there are youtube videos on it3- type the @ symbol then start typing their name... their name will pop up below the reply box  @Ryan Dossey
