In every case where I have had to "non renew" a tenant lease for unacceptable behavior (other than drug dealing), I believe I that was dealing with a person suffering from a cluster B personality disorder.

New construction can not bridge the gap in the midwest.Based on this, prices will keep trending up and so RE is probably cheaper this year than next year.

Hopefully its not too close to (or below) the pre-renovation (which was SORELY needed) rental rate. 

Many of these disordered people can't manage to keep a roommate so that's not often an option-- family support is usually non-existent (That's probably how many of them got so broken.)

It simply needs to be a smart design —which seems to be sorely lacking in the market right now.

The latter is to prevent eye-sore spiderman sheets or football team flags as window coverings.

The big thing I'm looking for is anything on their background check: drugs, disorderly conduct, etc, that is a red flag that this student is going to be a problem.
