I am a realtor and wholesaler, and I get some buyers looking for owner financing, some sellers need/prefer getting cashed out and there are some lenders I work with who can provide the financing however they run out of funds sometimes.

Again, this is only based on info you provided so there could be a lot more to the story for the good or bad but I can only comment on what was provided. not sure many are thinking rates are going to drop much in the next year.. seems like one would want to know how much they need to drop to see if the plan will work before putting good money after bad.

An other advantage of paying with credit card may be that you will not have to send the provider a 1098 tax form (only an issue if the total yearly amount is over $800).
