I use quicken for personal and WAVE for my businesses.  

You are very brave for doing this, but it sounds like a rewarding adventure! 

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

They do require that person to have no assets, so a house in her name could be problematic.

Real estate investing is forgiving; the average person can still make money even with some big mistakes.

Better option for personal use but perhaps not rental. 

I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey
