Be patient and you will be rewarded.

Hopefully you find one sooner but it will frame your expectations the right way to avoid getting discouraged in month 6 especially in a hot investment market like today.Real estate is a long-term wealth game and it pays to be patient.

I'm looking for a patient ally to help me invest in a multi-family property.I'm open to commercial-level properties and have an intermediate understanding of the dynamics of commercial vs. residential.I'd like to have a Skype conversation with a more experienced investor who is willing to help me work out some kinks in my plans and shed some light on my market.For those who would prefer to reply here, I'll go ahead and state my goals:GOALS:1.

Stay patient, stick to your criteria, and in the meantime just consume knowledge (about your local market, the SMF niche, your #s, etc).

That doesn't mean you should be lazy with your criteria, but it does, at the very least, mean you should be patient and not expect a lot of great deals right now.

Be patient.

I promise there is a bank out there that will say yes, you just need to be patient and persistent and find a bank who is hungry for your business.
