Hello Ayoka, You can deduct certain expenses related to the rehab of the property, but how you deduct them depends on the nature of the expenses.

It's only natural that us young investors want that same gratification in real estate (at least I do).

It is a beautiful area but because of the zoning and rules up there it would be difficult for the area to "blow up" and have a ton of new growth.

People can't afford LA or Santa Clarita so naturally they would keep going.

There is a $50/stay fee, but with the size of the homes and the beauty of the community, Big Bass warrants the cost.
