This online service is promising a bunch of things inlcuding Provide you the lodging tax rate specific to your property Obtain and update any required tax accounts and licenses File and pay all lodging taxes when due (lodging taxes are filed either monthly or quarterly) Keep you up-to-date on any changes & communicate with tax agencies on your behalf.its $27  a month per property and there is a one time $299 set up fee. we will be starting with VRBO and AirBNB only for now and it is my understanding that they will remit all taxes in Georgia (verified by county tax office as well).

Island Park is a rural area that has a fairly large STR system going on currently due to it's proximity to Yellowstone national park and limited availability for lodging, so we don't know if there are many people who are actually familiar with the area as far as insurance requirements go.

Now if they are tenants that are more trouble than they're worth, that's a good opportunity to suggest they find lodgings that are more suited to them.

Now wanting compensation for “finding other showers to use, laundry, food, lodging” I feel compensation is not required since we took care of the issue as fast as we could.

Question is now: whether or not the liability side of the owner's policy will have coverage for our tangible and very documentable losses including additional lodging for embassy work on short notice.
