Hey Everyone,

Here are a three developments happening around Cincinnati that you may want to pay attention to. Being ahead of the pack and potentially buying properties near or around these developments could pay off down the road!

1)  The Terraces - Located at 15 W Sixth St. (Downtown) The Terrace Plaza Hotel is being transformed into something special! This development will include a mix of retail, residential, parking and restaurant spaces. The demolition work is set to start this summer and the entire project with take about 18 to 24 months to complete.

2) The District at Clifton Heights - Located at 310 Straight St. This will contain housing for students and non-students, entertainment, parking, and short term lodging. The overall cost on this project is at $640,000,000.

3) Artisan Village - Located at 11700 Princeton Pike (Springdale) Tri-County mall was at this location prior. This project will cost around $800 million - $1 Billion. The project has been approved for up to 2,6000 multifamily residences; 600,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment; 750,000 square feet of office space; and 400 hotel rooms. They plan for this to be completed and open to the public by 2025.

There are of course a lot more developments happening in the Cincinnati area but these 3 really stood out. I hope to be able to provide more updates on new developments happening in beautiful Cincinnati.
