STR insurance in Idaho

My wife and I are looking at purchasing an STR in the Island Park, Idaho area. It has been suggested to us to look for an insurance agent who is familiar with STR's in the area and so we are reaching out here to see how best to go about that? Island Park is a rural area that has a fairly large STR system going on currently due to it's proximity to Yellowstone national park and limited availability for lodging, so we don't know if there are many people who are actually familiar with the area as far as insurance requirements go. Does anyone have any recommendations on an agent to start with or what sort of questions we need to ask as we start going down this road to find someone?
