In particular, I am looking for someone that really knows Oakland and the intricacies of older buildings/etc.

So I am really starting from ground zero as far as learning the industry and the technical intricacies that go into it.

Again, I'm by no means saying all turnkey inventory is garbage, I am saying buyers need to further educate themselves on the intricacies of these areas and not rely on the "advice" of the turnkey providers.2.
