As for the VA's, how do they answer more specific questions and inquiries being that they might not have been to the property or even the area.

Have done a about 7 showings, quite a few phone inquiries.

The quality of inquiries was much better there than craigslist as Zillow inquiries can come with tenant info (income, history, credit range, pets, smoker, etc).

Just because you are getting a bunch of inquiries means nothing.

No transparency, no accountability to lenders, no communication with investors, no reporting, stalling inquiries, not responding to phones, texts  or emails was their modus operendi.

I got pre approved with a lender that requires seasoning but since I already have gone through the initial hard credit inquiry I believe There Is a 3 month time frame when I can “shop” around for other lenders without triggering a secondary hard credit inquiry is this correct or does this vary through the lender as well?

I think most lenders on these type of loans might do the same and i dont want to take a huge credit inquiry hit.
