I have put together some basic layout plans from (Mini Storage Outlet).Does anyone have recommendations of any architects that specialize in self storage planning?

I need to upgrade the panel and rewire the house and plan on having more lights and outlets installed.

My clients typically look at the near eastside (Windsor Park, Little Flower, St Clair Place, etc).

This includes some professional labor for the roof, siding and electrical(whole house- has some knob and tube, minimal outlets, needs hardwired fire alarms). 

Facts : outlets in house are mostly ungrounded two prong.

Don't forget your marketing pics will be more attractive on bright sunny days with flowers in bloom, than dreary snowy one's. 

Would you be so kind as to recommend an investor friendly titlte company in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area?

A lot of the homes in certain areas (Lawrence Twp, Little Flower, Irvington, Bean Creek, Christian Park, etc.) are being listed for a premium (i.e. $60k, $70k) with plenty of work left to be done to them when resale history shows the most you'd get is maybe $80k or $85k.
