Investor Friendly Title Company

Good day everyone - I hope you are having an awesome day! Would you be so kind as to recommend an investor friendly titlte company in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area? I need to partner with a firm that understands double closings and assignments. 

Also - for those of you that are doing this in Texas - are you using the TREC Sales Contract with your sellers and buyers? Does the TREC contract have the 'right to assign' stipulated?
