@Ian Martin It's going to depend heavily on what the home can be licensed for, the finish of the home, and how many residents it can be licensed for.

Turnover costs are functions of many things including length of tenancy, quality of tenant, occupancy level, existing finishes (carpet has shortest lifespan but is cheap), etc.I hope unit is ready to show by Nov 1.
