Wanting to capitalize on our profits, we bought a vintage Airstream to live in while we searched for the "right deal" in the midst of the insanity of Colorado's front range real estate market.  

Imagine moving into a home where you have no way to have privacy on your first evening there.I am a big proponent of the wide slat faux wood horizontal blinds.  

The heater is of 1940s vintage and a big time fire and CO hazard, so now I have some new heaters en route from Amazon to replace all of the outdated heaters on the property. 

the lease option buyer still has tenant mind set.. anything goes wrong they call you..also again depending on asset class they never purchase like NEVER.. in A class I have had many purchase. but these were 200 to 700k homes.. not low end FAUX rental home purchase.

@Mindy JensenThe shingle brands that carry products like that are Certainteed Presidential, Tamko Vintage, GAF Grand Sequoia I am not aware of any other brands that do that.

@Mary Mitchell in CA you can ask that the ashes be split between several people or made into diamonds or other jewelry or placed in a locket or whatever you want. 

Is that tile or some kind of faux tile product on the wall?

This seems like a vintage property.  

If would suggest finding a contractor familiar with improving the building envelope (air sealing and insulation) for buildings the vintage of yours as applying techniques used for modern construction on older buildings that were not designed to be bottle tight, may require additional measures to avoid inadvertent - and undesirable - outcomes.
