One thing I'm wondering is whether property management companies will keep you updated about how many people have expressed interest and how many showings have been done.

We expressed our position but the new owner wasn't trying to hear any of it.

One of the tenants will most likely be vacating, but the other tenant has expressed interest in expanding into the vacated space.

@John Webster haha I would have loved to see both yours and the clients facial expressions.

He knows that this property isn’t a good deal in today’s market for investors and that selling to the current tenants is his best option, but because the tenants he is hoping will buy it (bc they expressed a desire to do so) are having a hard time qualifying, Im just trying to help him determine the next best move if that doesn’t work out - the one that will benefit us the most now that we are real estate investors.
