Cozy.co questions for current users

Hello, I am almost on my way to rent my first property and decided to use cozy.co for the entire process. So I have a few questions for the current users: 1. In my contract, I plan to charge more for late fees if it exceeds 7 days. Cozy seems to just use one flat fee regardless of how many days it takes them to pay. a. Is the late fee automatically charged based on when they pay if you configure a late fee? b. How do you go about charging different amounts based on when they actually pay? 2. The application provided by cozy.co doesn’t have all the questions I’d like and I can’t add my own questions. So for additional questions you want in your application, how do you go about it? 3. What can I do if I have an applicant and they can’t make an account because they’re not tech saavy, and I want to run a background and credit check on them. Is that still possible? Can you only run credit and background check on those who have completed the application? 4. What setbacks does Cozy have apart from a 5 day delay for receiving the rent money on the bank?
