Newer homes have PVC drain piping instead of rusty iron piping.

Subterranean termites need to be killed where they live, in the ground.Remember that wet soil will also attract termites - so look for pipes leaking and plants/mulch that stay wet close to the building.In Florida, a wooden building that hasn't been treated for termites recently... has termites.

Installation will involve a stretch of gas pipe, limited water plumbing to tap into the existing pipes, and some electric work.

The wall in the back of the first floor jutted out and needed to have the pipes moved so I could regain 6 inches.I know 6 inches doesn't seem like much but let me remind you the above ground square footage is 469 sq ft, every inch counts.I was impressed.
