Starting and need some advice!

Hello Bigger Pockets community! I've been a member now for a few months but this is my first post. I'm new to REI but have been interested in it for many years now. I found a potential property near by for a ridiculously low price that I would like to attempt a flip on but read that the property has some foundation / settling issues. I know this could lead to some bigger issues that could mess up the calculations that I added into the flip calculator but I'm still interested in the property. It has been on the market for 1 day and is picking up heat pretty quickly so before I give it a real chance I would love to get some feedback from anyone willing to help! Anything would be greatly appreciated!
