Hi all,

One of my rentals has an old tank heater which I am looking to replace with a tankless model as its quite a small place. Does anyone here have experience with these units or any recommendations?

Thanks

Well usually you have to take into consideration multiple factors but as you have said it is quite a small place so that makes it somewhat easier. How many people will be in the apartment (if it is an apartment)?  If it is a small place and will only be 1 or 2 people then you may even get away with an electric model.

I have installed quite a few of these and like them a lot. As a result me and a few of my industry buddies started this site http://tanklessheaterguide.com/ to help out other consumers and property investors. If you like take a look through it and check out the reviews and buying guides etc. Really hope this can help you!
