Make sure to provide the real estate agent - your lease agreement including all additions and provisions, instructions on how to screen the tenants (you set the terms according to the specific house in the specific neighborhood comparing to other rental in the area). and you let the RE agent list the rental in the MLS.

@Aaron Klatt They provide exact step by step instructions and you can tell they WANT to help you.

I can still instruct the tenants to call us for any "policy related" stuff or even tenant squables or parking issues, etc. but have her make decisions on what to do and when to do it with service calls.

It seems like he doesn’t completely understand instructions etc.  

Hoping to meet some fellow investors and entrepreneurs in here, and to provide value where I can. 

I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur as well.
