Back when I was a wee lad, I had my license n was working voraciously to make work happen (I've been there Troy Peters so I tumbled thru those deserts lol.

My dad did it to one of the homes he has in a desert area and there is little water or maintenance required.

I was also a (Desert rat) as we were called living in the Antelope Valley in the early 90's.

Today I saw someone standing outside a run down SF home that was for sale, so I stopped to see what was up since the house was 'deserted'.

For instance, if you're thirsty on a desert, and I'm selling water for $100 a bottle, I bet that is a good value for you, but if you are in a swimming pool full of drinking water fresh out of a spring, probably won't purchase that bottle.  

@Alexander Felice My dad owned a business on Yadkin Road when half the town got shipped out for Desert Storm back in the 90's.  

Its been a very good investment but it has been an incredible account of work due to volume back to back bookings and the pool is a daily chore in our dirty windy desert.
