Building a desert empire!
Hello Bigger Pockets!
In the last year I bought 3 houses in Joshua Tree & Wonder Valley, it's been one hell of a year and I've learned a ton!! The first one is almost ready to be listed for AirBnB/Vacation Rental. The 2nd one is getting close to move-in.
The 3rd we had to buy because it had a well, was next door to one of the houses and was 17k to buy!! Now something amazing has come up for us and we are looking for a private investor.
Would love to meet, talk to others that have experience in Joshua Tree, Wonder Valley, 29 Palms or Palm Springs.
