I live in Cave Springs and own 3 rentals (one is by the new HQ location).

My biggest issue is I have seemed to have a ton of problems and just finding people to trust to do the work (roof leak around the chimney flashing, back outside stairwell railing broke, toilet leak caused the ceiling below it to cave in, shower body broke but couldnt find anyone who would replace it so had to pay Mr.

I am just improving the unfinished basement to more of a "man cave" which has access from one of the existing units to improve the value.

i have the originals but theyre all pretty much caved in where the knobs are and full of holes. if the knob holes were in tact i was just going to spray foam in the holes and cover in a sheet of veneer as a durable fix but its not looking that way.

The floors caved into the basement (2 floor home) so no access at the moment.

We finally caved to the $445,000 ask.

As a newcomer in this industry, I was delighted to find this online platform and am eager making meaningful connections with others who share the same passions.
