I have started cruising around the different areas.

If you're doing it without prior knowledge, I highly recommend driving out for a day or two to get a feel for the city and cruise around the neighborhoods you are interested in.If you are speaking about the larger Buffalo area then once you get outside the actual city, most of the suburbs are decent.

Our first seven days will be on a guided tour with Gate One Travel and the last seven days will be on a cruise basically doing the same areas twice.

I was just on the National Real Estate Cruise with Real Estate investors from Memphis and Nashville.

But when you get down to it, so much of success is people-based, and as much as I cruise BP, I don't see a lot of threads that talk about how to reach the actual motivated seller such that they're sold on you, as the investor, being their solution.
