not sure what he heart burn is here.. if buyer and seller agree to cancel EM should be returned within a day or two.. if lawyers are messing it up.. that is a huge problem.. and again name brand title and escrow companies simply would not work this way..

The one that is near and dear to my heart is JDRF Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation I believe it is one in 4 children are diagnosed with T1d (Type 1 Diabetes), unlike Type 2, it isn't related to diet.

@Logan Jorns early on in our marriage a live-in flip was the only way we could afford the size of house (4 kids) and big garage (car guy hubby) and land (small time farmers at heart) that we wanted but couldn't afford to buy already done.
