In fact, personally, I wouldn't even classify it as an investment, but really more as speculation, and few are willing to lend money for the purpose of speculation (at least not for reasonable terms).Nothing really wrong with it, but similar to going to the casino, you have to bring your own cash in most cases.

These smaller ones seemed to be a lot more enthusiastic and hard working and I really liked them, and they're also much cheaper. 

My places in Utah got buried too but the skiing enthusiasts are loving it :)

It is also known for hosting the Cliff Castle Casino, which is on the edge of town.Sedona is my personal favorite, although more expensive.
