Lack of Inventory in Wichita market for rent

Hi! My name is Kristen and I operate a property management and leasing company in the Wichita metro area. We have been able to successfully match qualified renters with properties in order to help investors make more money, while satisfying the willing renter.

There always seems to be an imbalance of quality properties for rent in the Wichita metro area. It seems that everyone is buying the exact same thing and saturating the market with these lower-end, quick flips and in a hurry houses or duplexes.

Matching is a science for us, and we do everything we can to reach investors, realtors whoever has that quality property. Right now, we have 5 scenarios of pre-qualified renters but the properties just aren't there! With so many moving in to McConnell AFB, Via Christi systems, the Casino and more.. we have to get them something they want! So many don't want to buy, but they want to live as if they did. Do you see any movement towards more upper end homes for lease in his area?
