I like the idea of a newer 4plex but they just don’t exist in my market.

Eric,, I think why people go for the fund model is the idea that they are spreading their money into multiple notes being held by the company.. while in theory this is great but as you noted you don't really have any security compared to being the beneficiary of the debt instrument IE debt is in your name. 

I've actually pulled the plug on investing to focus on our general contracting business because investing was more of a distraction.  

I’ve been in the real estate business as a broker, helping clients buy and sell homes, but I’m looking to take things to the next level by diving deeper into investing.

And technology aside, this business hasn't changed much in the last 20 years.

Sights are set on all types of REI, but this will be a great start for us.I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years.

This will help attract more business to the state, keep it coming!

Hello BP,The Producer Price Index (PPI) is a valuable metric to monitor, as it measures inflation from a business perspective (what businesses pay for services/goods) that isn't always reflected in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) or "inflation" which is commonly discussed in headlines and among other investors.

So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea?
